New Obsession

So I have become completely obsessed with a cooking show. Yeah I know...a cooking show. Anyways this show is amazing, it's called Mexico - One Plate at a Time with chef Rick Bayless. I love Mexican food and Rick has an interesting way of presenting it. He travels to Mexico and often gives the history involved in what he is talking about that day. I guess he has a couple of restaurants in Chicago (Makes me wish I still lived out that way to try them), and some cookbooks.

Anyways, it is a really good show. I have learned so many things I want to try. The show is on PBS (click the link to find out when it is on in your area)so anyone can watch it. He also has a website that has a ton of recipes. Check it out!
