Having a couple of kids, and being at plenty of kids birthdays, I have come to realize one thing: Kids spit on the cake when they blow out the candles. Now for some this may be ok, but for me I get grossed out...even if it is my own kids. I think someone should invent a "purell" type frosting that sanitizes everything. That way I won't get sick just by eating cake.

Or instead of eating purell frosting, you could just make them blow out the candles on a cupcake and save the real cake for eating:)
